Red Eagle_ Thai Super Hero

I studied Bruce Timm's style last week, the first character that pop up in my mind is Red Eagle.  He was an original Thai Super Hero and have something similar Robin ,Batman. Whatever He was very famous long times ago, seems the new version that was remade by Visit ( Thai director) also no as famous as it could be.. Anyway this character might need to take a long journey and become a cool one day.
PS. He looks cool in Bruce Timm's style as other super heroes.
